Afternoon Tea & Sweets

DSC07140.JPGIt is almost impossible to walk through Edinburgh without stopping at least once in front of a bakery or a sweet shop window. In fact, more than one third of Scots eat confectionary daily. This is not too surprising due to their tradition of having scones, tea cakes (marshmallow on biscuit coated with chocolate, known as known as Tunnocks Teacakes) and the like with their traditional afternoon tea. So if you have a sweet tooth like the Scots, you should give in to your temptation and try the following treat shops!
